Feel like I've just been played..
Loved this app at first, nice clean easy to use interface and got the job done. Then when I got the update found some handy updates which I thought could be handy. Porblem is you had to pay for them, not such a big deal I thought. Went to purchase now and found out it was only 69p, so I purchased. Found out 10 seconds later you have to buy all the individual add-ons one by one, ranging from 69p-to-£1.49. When I purchased the first add-on it did not make this clear at all. I assumed I was buying all the add-ons. NOT happy. Although It's not exactly expensive buying all the add-ons the developers should have made it clear they are all separate!!
Great application at first but I feel the developers have let themselves down with this shoddy method of pulling money from people
Free version worked for me
Cleared over 3GB from my internal drive which is enough to keep me going for now. Was easy to use and didn't cost me anything so am pleased with it.

Poor customer service for this problematic app.
I had been using the free version of this app but in july 2019 I decided to upgrade to a paid annual Premium subscription. Following a developers update the app stopped opening - it just crashed on open. I tried contacting apple customer services and was advised this was an issue for the developers. I emailed the developers and when they eventually responded they suggested it was probably due to me operating an old version of iOS. When I responded to them advising that I was using the very latest version of IOS, they then suggested I try downloading the app from their website (as opposed to the apple store) which I did. Great I thought, the app opens but it was not the premium subscription so 90% of the features were inaccessible. I emailed iboostup customer service again as in an earlier email they said they could offer me an extended license due to the fact that I had paid a premium subscription that I had been unable to use for nearly six months but received no response. I emailed them again and still received no response. I emailed them yet again and you’ve guessed it, no response. So I’m left with the basic app despite having paid up front for a annual premium subscription. I see from other reviews that customers have experiened similar issues with the app and its developers. My advise is to give this app and it’s developers a wide berth and choose one of the many other products available on the apple store.

There was an issue affecting users of macOS 10.13 or older that was specific to the App Store version. A fix was approved by Apple very soon after you confirmed that the version available from our site was not crashing. We did advise to re-install the latest from the App Store - perhaps that email was missed? Either way thanks for helping troubleshoot. If you originally purchased from the App Store please re-install from there and all paid functionality will be restored.
