I have a diverse culinary background with over thirty years of professional food service experience. Working in a number of area restaurants, I developed my own personal style of cooking with a strong focus on local ingredients, healthy fare and multi-ethnic cuisines.

We had Chef Larry from Thyme 2 Dine make a brunch for a large group that included vegans, vegetarians, omnivores and people avoiding gluten. He made a delicious meal that everyone was able to enjoy and he left the kitchen spotless.

We have used Thyme2Dine for our company Christmas parties for the last several years. Larry is a tremendous chef who is so capable from the simple to the sublime. Our employees are always amazed at the range he provides. Inevitably, they know they will have something that they have never had before as well as an old favorite that has never tasted quite that good.There are two keys to his perennial success, the freshness of ingredients and the earnest care to make each dish extraordinary. Larry is a real pro but has an easy friendly style that is akin to having your cousin helping in the kitchen during the holidays. When my employees see him in my kitchen every year, they know good things are in store.Simply stated, Thyme2Dine is very good at what they do and you will get your money’s worth.

An amazing night and an amazing meal!! Larry catered our family dinner party and truly made it a great evening!! We were able to cook with him and be with our family. The Asian menu was so good and so many yummy leftovers. The price was good and just a special night. We will definitely use Larry again. He was on time and very organized with the whole meal!! What a treat!!

Larry cooked an amazing dinner for my bachelorette party group of 11. we rented a house in the Sugarbush area and didn't want to have to drive to dinner and were having trouble agreeing on a restaurant in the first place. having Larry create a menu that would please everyone, and meet their dietary restrictions was SO helpful. was also an added bonus that he left the kitchen even neater than he found it. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any event!! everyone raved about the quality of the food, and not having to lift a finger to cook it made it taste all the better. thanks again Larry for making our night!!
