uBar is the Dock replacement for the Mac. If you’ve never really liked the Dock, or have a soft-spot for the Windows Taskbar, uBar is here to save the day. uBar can be configured as a dock or task bar for OS X.

WHAT’S NEW

  • It positions the dock oddly in some scenarios, might be depending on window arrangement or mixing retina/non-retina displays. The dock is a little too small on retina and a fraction too big on non-retina, and there's no way to get them consistent. When you turn ubar off, the existing dock doesn't return. Even after uninstalling and re-starting.
